B Wise Vineyards produces fine red wines with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Sonoma Estate wine is called 'TRIOS' and is named after our wine bar in Denver, Colorado. 'TRIOS' is a proprietary red wine composed primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah with small portions of Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petite Verdot added to round out the complexities of the wine. Our flagship wine called 'BRION' is a rich and layered Cabernet Sauvignon produced from several of the finest vineyards in the Napa Valley. We also produce small bottlings of other fine red wines including an estate Zinfandel and an estate Syrah. B.Wise Vineyards is a 100-acre wine estate located in Sonoma, California. The property is nestled in the hills of the Mayacamas Mountains near the famed Monte Rosso vineyard and was founded by Brion Wise in 2002. There are 20 acres of vines planted predominately to Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. The vineyards on the property are integrated with the natural landscape and slope gently westward toward the Sonoma Valley. The property has olive and fruit trees planted as well as an abundant herb and vegetable garden. Walking trails, creeks with waterfalls, oak and manzanita groves, and local wildlife are all part of the beautiful estate setting.

The B Wise Vineyards winery is a hands-on artisan facility built around a small-lot fermentation philosophy. The winery, still in its evolutionary development, embraces both traditional and cutting-edge winemaking tools in order to produce the finest wine possible. We age our wines in French oak barrels and bottle only after the careful selection of the best wines.
